I need to have the thin long horizontal grey bar in the middle of index-a (you will note it is lighter than the bottom thin grey bar on the bottom of the page) applied to all of the thin long grey bars on the home page and each of the subpage templates (See 6 Links Below). I want to have the same shade of grey applied to all thin horizontal grey bars. Additionally, I also want this shade of grey applied to the thick long grey bars.
