I need someone who is really good at web design and coding to modify a PSD file into a SEO friendly fast loading page. The site I need modified is similar to Flippa in terms of what is sold on the site. Design sample is attached.

Prepare 7 units of .psd files to HTML5 and CSS files for programming with PHP.
With dinamic meniu (drop down submeniu).
We need 7 units of .psd files to prepare for programming (make HTML and CSS, suitable for HTML5). In index page will be flash intro, 3 links hilighted on mouse rollover. In all pages > drop down submeniu.
