Custom scripting

Looking for Transfer Module for WHMCS

i am looking for a module that users can transfer domains between each other.

Details of module:
When an user click to domain transfer button, module ask him/her to type in the email of the person who the domain will be transferred to.
When an email typed in, the module will get the name and surname of the person who the domain will be transferred to and ask him if the user info is true? if the user click yes, the domain will be transfered to the new owner.

Previously I had a project on this site, and have since cancelled it after more understanding of the work required.

This project, initially, requires a new E-commerce website to be built on a Linux server. It is to be build upon Magento, which I understand to be an effective E-commerce platform, and also allows me to edit source code directly. (this is a must)
