Marketing Local Requests for Quotes

We want to keep this simple, and not re-do the website. The following site: http://www.lowerysand.com/ needs more local calls requesting a quotes for Sand and Gravel and Topsoil.

Google Analytics Refferal Traffic Help

I need some help with sorting out an issue on Google Analytics. Currently, my account shows domainname.com/referral on the Conversion Rate by Source tab on the Home dashboard.

I need the Conversion sources to be clearly distinct and not just lumped together as referrals.

All attempts to fix this have failed. Suggest a solution!
