SQL View

We have a view in SQL Server Manager - that holds around 35,000 records and is taking around 2 minutes to return all records. Is there a way of re-producing this script to speed up the response time please?

If this is something you can do then please apply for this contract. I have attached the script that creates the view.

Also - is it possible to cache this data until a user updates a record.
