Data entry - Need contacts put into excel

I have over 200 business contacts I need added to my excel database within 3 days of acceptance. I will have thousands more pending how well this goes. I need someone who understands what information from a business card or advertisement is relevant to go into the correct columns for my excel database.

I would provide one or all of the following (examples provided):

digital pictures of ads
digital pictures of business cards
link to listing on website

Data Entry For Excellent English

Data Entry project - One full eight hour day per week for the next three weeks.

You will be sent photographs that contain hand written notes.
The notes will then be typed up in list format in a Google Docs spread sheet. For this project University level English is required. Please do not waste time by bidding if your written English is not very very good.

I need 200 addresses and phone numbers copied and pasted from a word document to an excel spread sheet. This is a simple copy and paste job. There may be a few entries without a zip cod which may need to be looked up.

The format varies slightly so using a script probably will not work but it is easy for a human.
