Need Simple PSD to Wordpress

I have a simple PSD design ( see attachment ) I need in Wordpress.

Home page will have slideshow
3 Images easy to manage ( maybe use widget )
footer easy to manage.

Subpage no need for slideshow, only static image I will provide.

PSDs to HTML/CSS

Javascript Slideshow Modifications

We have a slideshow written in javascript that displays text and images.
We’d like the user viewing the slideshow to be able to increase or decrease the font size and picture size proportionately by clicking a + or - key.

Once a user has selected the ‘zoom’ level then that size should remain for the remainder of the slideshow or until it is altered again.

Fixing Magento cart feature products prob.

I upgraded Magento from 1.6.1 to 1.6.2, in the process, somehow new products added doesn’t show up under feature products slideshow anymore. I just need someone to take a quick look at it … maybe it’s something I miss. Also, I need to create a quick link from the front page to another page. If things work out … we may have smaller project to work on later.
