Need Simple PSD to Wordpress

I have a simple PSD design ( see attachment ) I need in Wordpress.

Home page will have slideshow
3 Images easy to manage ( maybe use widget )
footer easy to manage.

Subpage no need for slideshow, only static image I will provide.

Simple AJAX function

I have a HTML form and when the users clicks ’submit’ they are direct to a new page with some text.

I want AJAX utilised so the form can be submit and the text displayed without going to the new page.

JAVA app modification - 1-3 hour task Immediate Start

Hi,

I have a JAVA application that reads a text file to find output directory. I need to modify the program so that it can write to more then one output directory. You will be required to search text file for matching ID’s which relate to output directories.

It is a simple task for a good JAVA programmer. Please let me know your experience and I will share application and further details with you.
