We need fast turn arround for PSD to XHTML service.
PSD is not complicated, consists of 5 pages, which are nearly same.
Requirements:
- Needs to be hand writen,
- Clean, commented code (CSS),
- CSS3 must be used (for rounded borders, shadows etc…),
- Footer must be always on bottom,
- Flexible header/footer,
- etc… I believe all this is regular so no big deal about that.
