Joomla clone - redesign existing site and add content

I own raspadinhas-net, a portuguese scratch cards affiliate directory, but due to a personal problem I’m having extreme difficulty to put the joomla content in the website or even in the design level.

Raspadinhas-net must have contents and design like this site: worldwidescratchcards.com or similar others. It can be almost a site clone, because I will later use the official affiliate promo text and images and I will change/translate the text content.
