Wordpress / Pligg / PHPBB / PHPLD Designer

I am looking for a designer that knows Wordpress blogs, Pligg, PHPBB and PHPLD or is willing to learn. I will be producing a number of web packages going forward that will include one or all of these CMS systems and what I require is a designer, capable of producing high quality designs, but who is also able to deploy these designs on each CMS as an administrator. I will have thoughts on each design but invariably the designer will be responsible for producing basic concepts to choose from….

Wordpress - Pligg - PHPLD Theme

My website b2bgenie.info now includes a Wordpress Blog, a Pligg Sharing area and a PHPLD Link Directory. Unfortunately the templates for each are fairly limited. What I need is a designer to create a central theme that will look good across all three CMS’s and deploy the designs across all three sites. At first i want a place where experts can register and post articles. We can use Pligg for that. Second i want a place where THE SAME experts can post answers to questions from others, we can use a Answer-Script for that.
