Social Network buttons fetching wrong image.

On my website I have Like buttons and +1 buttons

These are not fetching the correct information to post on facebook and +1 pages.
I need you to check and set up the code so it fetch correct title, image, and description when Liked or +1ed.

Its very similar to Like and twitter buttons.
