Central Ebay / Phpprobid 6.7 Bulk Lister project

I am in need of an application or by other method that will take an eBay exported Turbo Lister database and allow new ads, updates and sync to both eBay and a Phpprobid 6.7 installation. Effectivly replacing Turbo Lister from eBay and Bulk Lister for Phpprobid and centralizing. This project does not have to be CLEAN.. it can be a little dirty for this version as long as its functional. I can supply db dumps for phpprobid

We have got web auction site with PHPProBID. (bendedevar.com) We want to integrate Turkish Bank’s POS for creditcard payment. Most of Turkish banks use EST POS (http://www.est.com.tr/) We want Garanti Bank (http://eticaret.garanti.com.tr/) and Yapı Kredi Bank (http://setmpos.ykb.com/PosnetF1/index.html) The module for PHPProBID must include payment for this both banks.
