Client Area adding to Joomla site

I want to add a client area to a joomla site. There will be several different clients. Each client can only access infomation that is relevant to the company.
Example:
Company 1 only sees infomation that is relevant to Company 1
Company 2 only sees infomation that is relevant to Company 2

Within the Client area each client must be able to view the following information:
View their quotes (they will be in PDF)
View Site Specific Risk assessments
Book in their deep clean (date and time)

Chronoforms on a Joomla site

I cannot seem to display the data in the front end (using Chronoconnectivity). Admittedly, I would have much preferred to use CKForms - that is on all of my other sites - but this site is Joomla 1.7, so I could not load CKForms. At this point, if someone could either get the data to display properly (front end, only when an admin is logged in), or even better, load CKForms onto a Joomla 1.7 site, that is what I am looking for.

Move Joomla site to from Linode to Rochen host

We have a Joomla 1.5.22 website www.anshell.com that needs to be moved from currently VPS hosting on Linode.com to Rochen.com (NOT VPS hosting account).
Some concerns:
Currently our mail server is on My CentOS 6.0 64bit with separate IP 96.126.107.18 account (https://myemail.anshell.com) with Linode on Zimbra. We’re very happy with Zimbra and don’t want to change it.

I have a website running Joomla 2.5 and Jomsocial 2.4. I need the following…
