ipb forum skin intergration

Synchronization IPB 3 / Dolphin

Very important : Existing users in IPB must be imported in Dolphin. (Existing users won’t need to register another time). My project : after integration, I will disable registering on IPB. Requirements : 1. Parallel authentication. (Dolphin -> IPB or IPB -> Dolphin) with SSO 2.
