IE 8/9 fix for dating site

I have a gay dating site (cakePHP/Mysql) which has a IE 8/9 issue. Members cannot login when using windows IE 8/9. When members enter the login and password nothing happens after they click on the submit button.

This site is hosted on Dotcloud. THERE IS NO FTP OR CPANEL ACCESS, ACCESS IS ONLY VIA GITHUB.

Also, I have two style sheets that allow me to override the two main ones.

When I modify the styles they do not take effect. This will have to be looked at.

Logo needs to be more visible.

FillableRealEstateForms.com needs to be made with a shadow effect. I am looking for two different Color combinations a little bit warmer and more inviting than black.
