Fix problems with Radlance Script

I need help fixing two problems I’ve recently encountered with the Radlance 7.5 freelancers script: i) I’ve set the script to allow projects to be moderated, but project notification emails are being sent before moderation, and then again once the project is approved. Obviously the emails should be sent only after the project has been approved. ii) I cannot stay logged into the admin panel. Presumably due to a cookie problem, I’m kicked out after every couple of clicks. Please bid for both…
