Need some Minor web changes for my 2 websites.

MSP-USA.com - need to update with the new logo I have. I also wanted to take off the big flash player that is slowing down the site. Maybe move the you tube videos on the same page to replace it. I also wanted to add a link for if somebody wants to create a website. I would like that to take them to a detail page that I have for them to fill out so I can submit to my website designer.

Need Actionscript 2.0 remoting component convert to AS 3.0

Have a flash player that will collect data via an API currently there is a remoteing component in 2.0 that needs to be converted in 3.0 and must communicate with JAVA. We have sample JAVA code to follow but need someone immediately as we have less than 24 hours to program and implement.
