Sometime soon, I’m planning to get married and I have a project of a short clip in mind for the proposal.

It will consist of stop-motion or almost-still scenes (I don’t know if there’s a term for that, sorry for my ignorance) -hence not being animation-heavy. I have a low budget for a very simple short flash with the following:

-Ocean with waves (animated)
-An island in the distant (static)
-Frontal view of a battle ship (up/down movement)
-Sound of ocean
-Transparent Skip button
-Continuous play should appear seamless
-I want two versions of this, one daylight and one night

smart flash animation

I need a pro flash animation made for my website. It should be about 40 - 60 seconds long.

Someone who can use their imagination creatively will win the job. I will give you a description of what I need, and you will need to convert it.

Someone who has done flash animations for tall apartment buildings or hotels would be preferred. As the animation includes a fly-through of the building.
