Multiple Designs for New Site

I am looking to have a designer look through my new site and come up with an image design strategy.

Site is an ecommerce site that retails SEO and other online services. See attached file for URL.

Ideal designer should visit site and report on how many images that needs to be created for each product category especially.

We may not need to create a design for each individual product, one design should suffice with just the text changed.

Favicon - Logo in URL

I would like my logo in my address bar or to the left of the URL.
I have tried, but I don’t know how to do this.

I think it’s called a favicon.

I am calling to all the wordpress gurus out there. I need a new template made for my wordpress multisite. I am putting together a website like blog dot com and wordpress dot com I all ready have some pics of what I want. But keep in mind that I do not have any of the graphics these are just JPEGs.
