Events to require Activity Points earned on the website 2

I am looking to have the Events and Activity Points that are already implemented on my phpfox site to incorporate when certain user groups (like admins,staff, ect) create an event you can require users to spend the Activity points to attend the event. Currently the activity points only can be used for virtual birthday gifts.
