Javascript AD Container
I need someone to develop a simple javascript container that will act much like a typical AD server container.
I want to be able to host a file on my server which contains some ad code. For example, the following code:

Drop-Down Menu Integration

Fix CSS for IE 2
I need a fix in my CSS for IE. IE 6-8 (I haven’t tested 9 yet) is not allowing my divs to center on the page. I have tried text-align:center and a few doctypes, but the elements do not center correctly. I finally was able to get IE6 to center, but not 8 without compatibility mode. The divs are php calls for jQuery elements. Yes, I know that IE6 does not work well with IE6, so please do not mail me with that answer. My main concern is IE7 up.
