Fix Word Press Blog Admin Page. Cursor problem

I hired a programmer on Scriptlance to develop my site in Wordpress. The job was completed in February but I’m not getting the promised support to fix bugs.

I have a Blog page, but in the Blog Manager page, the I cannot put the cursor in the “Blog Description” box to TYPE or Copy & Paste the Blog post.
