Bikiniicefishing.com static site move to wordpress install

I need my php sqlserver static site which is using c-panel converted to wordpress so I can make changes and update often. site is www.bikiniicefishing.com and www.bikiniicefishing.com/wp which my programmer installed but he is MIA so I haven’t been able to make changes to my site. If possible I would also like to have Dreamweaver setup so I can use it to make changes to the new site. I would like to have this done in 7 Days. Thanks,Danny C.

Hello,

I have a Auction website and I need to redesign it and programm it.
I intend to create a PSD file to convert to HTML, but I dont know if it is necessary.

In the attached file there is a sample of selling_activity of my website. I need to know if it is possible to redesign colors, tables and everything from this HTML file without PSD file? Do I need PSD or it is possible to work only with this HTML file?

I need 7 pages to be redesigned.
