Flash VideoChat like Stickam

I dont know anything about flash, so i need someone to make me a videochat system like the stickam.com one. I need it to work with Red5 rtmp, client side has to be exactly like stickam one, a window with a big box with the user’s webcam video, 8 little boxes at the right with other users webcams, and a text chat (a user list too).
