The attached jpg is the painted version of our logo that I need to be drawn electronically and converted into a photoshop file (PSD) and vector Illustrator file formats (.AI and .EPS).
Final files should be no less than 1000px wide and deliverable in .psd, .ai and .eps.

I have a logo, but only in low resolution. I need it vectorized by hand. I tried all automatic solutions, but none worked. It must be hand made. Probably an easy task if you have a drawing pad.

I am in need of a quick, attention grabbing flyer for real estate in 8 hours maximum. i’m not a designer but i have put some pic’s together in my sample file thats what i need to show in my flyer.
I will give provide the files as soon as the builder is selected. Flyer should be delivered in pdf format for printing, website and .ai file for future changes. also fonts required which will be used in the flyer.
size of the flyer should be 8.5×11 inch and 4.25×11
