PHP Script Modification

I need an experienced php progarmmer to modify a link directory script. The script requires that a user creates an account before they are allowed to add a link. I need to have Captcha support added to the account creation form in order to cut down on spammers. Passwords are stored in the database as md5 hash and I need to recover the admin password or perhaps remove the md5 hash feature and store the password as plain text. I need to add a contact form with captcha support.
