Custom Access 2k Program conversion to VB.NET v2.0 Framework

We have developed a Custom ERM system in MS Access 2000 and would wish it to be converted to VB.NET targeting the 2.0 framework.

The Access front end consists of some 350 forms, 300+ reports and 20+ modules. Estimated at about 250,000 lines of code. The whole system interfaces with a PostgreSQL v8.4 database of about 300 tables.
