C Recursion Project

I currently had this project open a couple days ago, but the programmer i hired is not contacting me back after he accepted the assignment. I am concerned that it will not be completed in time for the due date which is today (Feb 22) I have till tomorrow to turn it in, but that will result in a -10% deduction in my grade.
